Man charged in court for injuring baby

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton man charged with injuring his 5-month-old baby girl made his first court appearance Thursday.

Terry Noble, 24, was arraigned in Montgomery County Court. His bond was set at $250,000.

Noble is charged with child endangering. Police say he was baby sitting his daughter when she suffered a broken rib and bruises.

Doctors later confirmed that she suffers from 15 broken bones in various stages of healing.

Noble is scheduled back into court November 13.
