Man accused of shooting up drugs in Walgreens

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man is arrested after he’s accused of shooting up drugs in a drug store restroom.

Tommy Krebs Jr., 39, was arrested on charges of possessing drug abuse instruments.

Police were called to the Walgreens located at 2701 Salem Avenue Saturday before 8:45 p.m.

Police met with an employee who told them he found Krebs passed out in the restroom with a needle next to him. The worker told police the suspect was shooting up drugs in the bathroom.

When officers met with Krebs they said his eyes were bloodshot and his pupils were dilated. They said he also had a needle mark on his arm.

Police stated Krebs’ mother was also in the store with him at the time but she claimed she didn’t have any knowledge of what he was doing in the bathroom.

While Krebs was transported to jail he told officer he’s been using drugs since 1995.
