Home invader gets prison time

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man convicted of aggravated burglary and kidnapping will spend nine years in prison.

Austen Naylor, 29, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court Monday.

He is one of three men charged with burglarizing a home on Burgess Avenue in Harrison Township in March.

Investigators said the men took two people from the home, beat them, then dropped them off at the hospital.

Jason Turner, 37, of Kettering, died from his injuries. The other victim recovered.

Deanevans Fuduloff, 34, and Randall Miller, 41, are the other men charged.

Naylor was sentenced to nine years for each of three charges, but he will serve the time concurrently.
