DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man is now formally charged with murder in Montgomery County.
A grand jury indicted Curtis Moody, 32, on two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault for the death of Jeffrey Farr, Sr.
Prosecutors say Farr was shot multiple times on July 17, 2014 in a parking lot on Germantown Street.
They say the two were involved in an ongoing dispute that lasted for a year.
Moody was on probation for domestic violence at the time of the shooting. He also has prior convictions including abduction, domestic violence, felonious assault and possession of cocaine.
Moody is scheduled back into court November 25.
