DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A fire sent some workers out into the cold at the Montgomery County Safety Building Friday.

Firefighters were called to the Third Street building around 1:00 p.m.

They say a radiator on the second floor caught fire.

Only a portion of the building was evacuated, but Third Street had to be shut down.

We understand that the situation is now under control.

What caused the fire to start is under investigation.
