DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An estranged wife is heading to prison for the death of a Riverside man.

Jamie Grachek, 33, was found guilty Wednesday of involuntary manslaughter and complicity to aggravated burglary for the death of John Grachek, 45, on March 31, 2013.

John Grachek was shot and killed at his Riverside home on Easter Sunday during a robbery attempt.

The two other convicted men, Gary Webb, Jr., 29, and Jacob Gipson, 24, were both convicted of murder. Webb is serving 18 years to life, while Gipson awaits sentencing.

Prosecutors say Jamie Grachek drove the other two defendants to the Rosegarden Court address where the shooting occurred.

Dispatchers heard the gunfire when a 911 call was made about the attempted robbery and home invasion.

Jamie Grachek will be sentenced December 10. She is expected to receive 21 years in prison.
