DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The man police said attacked a 60-year-old woman with a screwdriver is now in police custody.

Jason McInturff, 37, was arrested Thursday night in the area of Van Leer Street in Dayton.

Police responded to a 911 call at a home on Corinth Boulevard late Wednesday morning. They arrived to find the woman suffering from multiple puncture wounds to her head. They believe she was stabbed with a screwdriver that was later found at another address.
