XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – The federal case against a former Greene County Sheriff’s Office Major goes to trial Monday.
Eric Spicer of Beavercreek, is charged with using fraudulent and forged documents to obtain a machine gun illegally in 2009.
He faces up to 65 years in prison for the seven counts against him.
Spicer has since been fired from the sheriff’s office and is out of jail on bond.
