DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Public Schools will start outsourcing its substitute teachers next year, 2 NEWS has learned.

2 NEWS reported earlier in the year that the district planned to end its 30 year relationship with the Dayton Chapter Reserve of Teachers.
