DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering man accused of sexually abusing a child pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday.

Montgomery Sanders, 47, is being held in jail on $100,000 bond.

He is charged with 13 counts of gross sexual imposition among other charges.

Prosecutors say Sanders kept a journal of the abuse. The victim’s mother found the pages and reported it to police.

The abuse occurred over the past 18 months.

Sanders is scheduled back into court December 31.
