Leader’s for Equality and Action in Dayton (LEAD) held a protest Saturday morning behind the Dayton Mall beside the bus stop.

The group was pushing for safe and adequate bus stops at the Dayton Mall.

Some carried signs that read, “Let the people ride.”

They said Dayton Mall owner, Michael Glimcher has refused to work with RTA on bus stop plans.

Lawyers met Thursday to devise a strategy for making bus stops safe and convenient in the area.

LEAD is the group that helped bring RTA bus stops to Beavercreek.
