Flames force residents out of home

XENIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — A fire in Xenia Township forced residents from their home.

Flames sparked in the 1200 block of U.S. 42 South just before 11 p.m. Friday.

Mutual aid was called into to battle the smoke and flames pouring from the roof of the two story home.

The people inside the home made it out safely and no injuries were reported.

No word on damage estimates.

The fire remains under investigation.
