Police investigating possible meth lab in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police are investigating a suspected mobile meth lab.

Investigators were called to an alley way in the area around Gummer Avenue and Mertland Avenue around 5 p.m. Sunday.

Someone spotted an item on the curb commonly used in drug-making operations.

The area was blocked off by police tape as crews sort through the possible meth lab.

There has been no indication on the size of the meth lab or if any arrests will be made.
