Jim and Dan Promotions hosted a Comic and Toy show Saturday at Hara Arena.

Dozens of vendors were on hand, selling collector’s toys, vintage comics, and the newest adventures to hit the shelves.

Batman, Spiderman, and Star Wars were just a few of the classic characters on display.

Admission was $3-dollars, with $1-dollar of each admission going to an important cause.

“We’re raising money for Alzheimer’s. So we have a vendor out here, a volunteer, she has her own booth, spreading information about the disease,” said Emily Broughton. “I see people have tons of fun. They bring out their kids and their whole families. It’s just interesting they’ll look through all the stuff we have out here.”

Jim and Dan Promotions is hosting another Comic and Toy show February 28th at Hara Arena. A portion of the proceeds from that event will also benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
