DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Police are investigating after a suspect targeted trucks at a Dayton candy distributor.
It happened at Keilson, a candy distributor, located at 107 Commerce Park Drive Saturday before 4 a.m.
Multiple company trucks were broken into during the overnight hours.
According to the owner, the suspect cut through a fence, broke the locks off of the trailers, and smashed the windows to the trucks and vans parked in the lot.
An air compressor, radio, GPS, battery, generator, and truck computer were taken.
The stolen items are valued at more than $5,000.
Dayton Police are still investigating the incident.
