Final man sentenced in fatal home burglary

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man will spend five years in prison for his role in a violent home burglary.

Randall Miller, 44, was sentenced Monday in Montgomery County court.

He pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated burglary and complicity to kidnapping.

Miller is one of four men connected to the murder of Jason Turner in March 2014.

Turner was killed at his home on Burgess Avenue in Harrison Township. He and another man were beaten. The second victim survived.

Miller must also pay court costs and $2,300 in restitution.

One man, Roger Leeth, was found not guilty on January 8 of charges against him.

Austen Naylor and Deanevans Fuduloff are already serving prison time.
