SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) – The woman accused of assaulting two Springboro women went before a judge Tuesday morning.
Carrie Underwood, 35, is charged with felonious assault and domestic violence.
She appeared via video in Warren County court.
Underwood is accused of assaulting her mother and another woman at a home on Creekview Court early Monday morning.
Neighbors told 2 NEWS a woman in her 70s lives at the home.
We checked and it is owned by Maureen Downey, Underwood’s mother, who at last check, upgraded to serious condition at Miami Valley Hospital.
The other victim was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
Underwood is being held on $150,000 bond.
The victim was granted a temporary protection order.
Underwood is expected back in court February 5 for a preliminary hearing.
