OREGON, Ohio (WDTN) – Health officials near Toledo are waiting for test results regarding a possible measles case.
A presumptive case has been confirmed at Clay High School in Oregon, Ohio.
According to the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, all the lab work from the student has been sent out for testing and results are expected next week.
The student, whose name and identity has not has released, had been adequately immunized against measles, mumps and rubella.
In the meantime, all staff members or students who have not been immunized or cannot prove they have been immunized against MMR will not be permitted to attend work or school for the 21 day incubation period.
