Dragons well represented at Reds spring training

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Maybe this will help you think spring. Major League Baseball spring training begins today for five clubs, including the Cincinnati Reds.

The clubs are opening camp for pitchers and catchers. The rest of the roster for the Reds report next week.

The Dayton Dragons say 25 former players will be in spring training this season in Goodyear, Arizona. That includes 17 players on the 40-man roster and eight non-roster invitees.

Here is the Dragons’ list (non-roster players have an asterisk next to their name):
