Bank robbery suspects tells teller to ‘fill-er up’

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – Troy police are investigating a bank robbery.

The Main Source Bank on South Market Street was hit around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police say the man handed a teller a bag and told her to fill it up.  He did not show a weapon.

K9 officers were brought in to follow the suspect’s tracks in the snow.  They led to the 700 block of Walnut Street, but no suspect.

He is described as wearing a black ski mask, black jacket, black hooded sweatshirt and black winter gloves.  He also wore faded blue jeans and white running shoes.

Witnesses also told police they saw a silver or gray Pontiac leaving the area shortly after the robbery.
