DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The next winter weather event is just about upon us, but it shouldn’t be too bad.

A little snow is expected late Wednesday into Thursday morning. Storm Team 2 says to expect a light accumulation. We could get about an inch or less.

Then, the frigid air takes hold again.

“Another arctic front will move through Thursday,” said Storm Team 2 Meteorologist Jamie Jarosik. “We have a good chance of breaking records again before we finally rise about the freezing mark on Sunday.”

The high Thursday is 16 and 14 on Friday.
