MIAMI TWP., Ohio (WDTN) – Customers of the Bravo Cucina Italiana near the Dayton Mall will hopefully not be out of their favorite restaurant for long.
Employees say they are cleaning up after an early morning kitchen fire, but it is a long process. Once clean up is complete, county inspectors must come in and give the restaurant the go ahead to re-open.
Corporate public relations says they hope the restaurant will re-open for lunch Friday.
Firefighters say it appears a grease fire started the fire. They credit the building’s sprinklers with preventing the flames from spreading.
The restaurant says its telephone has been ringing off the hook by concerned customers all day.
