The caller told officers he saw a black Chevy Silverado pickup truck pull into the alley.

The police report says two men dumped 50 to 60 tires in the alley along with tire debris and plywood.

The report says the truck is most likely a 1990s model and it had a hubcap missing from the front driver’s side.

Police called to have the tires removed.
