SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – A suspected heroin dealer is now charged with the death of a man who overdosed.

Deputies say Lucas Fowler, 24, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and drug trafficking.

They say he sold heroin to William Quickle, 26. Quickle was found dead of a heroin overdose at 26 Larchmont Avenue in October 2014. He was found dead on the bathroom floor.

An autopsy found that Quickle died from acute heroin intoxication.

A Clark County grand jury indicted Fowler Monday.

He is being held in the Clark County Jail awaiting arraignment. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
