National Meatball Day!

Katie is in the kitchen with Shaun sharing her meatball recipe!



1 lb. ground beef

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

28 oz. tomato sauce or crushed tomato with Italian seasoning



1. Pour tomato sauce into crockpot and turn on medium heat.

2. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients.

3. Form meat mixture into balls.
