DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man faces additional charges after police spot his car and discover he had been driving without a license.
Police approached a vehicle in the Valero parking lot on South Smithville Road after 8:30 p.m. after running the vehicle’s plates. Officers met with Spencer Colaric, 22, and advised him he had a warrant through Kettering Police for driving without a license.
Police said when they searched him, they also found he had Ecstasy in his pocket. Colaric told officials he usually gets weed, but a few days ago, he bought Ecstasy for $40 from a man on a bicycle on North Main Street while he was with his eight-month-old child.
Colaric was cited for driving without a license and was booked into jail for drug possession.
