Voyeurism investigation leads to child pornography

Springboro police say it started back in January at the Palm Beach Tan near Dorothy Lane Market.

SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) – One man is behind bars after police say they found child pornography on his phone during a voyeurism investigation.

Springboro police say it started back in January at the Palm Beach Tan near Dorothy Lane Market.

Police say Mike Randolph was seen taking pictures of girls who were tanning.

When police started their investigation, they say he had child pornography on his cell phone.

Randolph is now facing 28 counts of pandering sexually oriented material of minors, two counts of voyeurism, and one count of attempted voyeurism.

Police are still trying to identify the children involved.
