Man to spend decade in jail for shooting death

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man will spend ten years in prison for a shooting over a dice game.

Roemallo Taylor, 20, of Dayton, was sentenced on involuntary manslaughter charges.

Prosecutors say Taylor and Gregory Alexander, 26, argued over a gambling debt from the dice game.

Alexander ended up getting shot in the stomach as the two scuffled.

The shooting happened in the DeSoto Bass housing development in Dayton on April 30, 2014.
