CLEVELAND, Ohio (WDTN) – A statewide Amber Alert was cancelled four hours after it was issued Friday to find a 6-week-old baby taken from her mother’s home.
Kemyra Foust is said to be fine and back home with her mother. The man accused of taking her, Ramon Ogletree, 25, is in police custody.
Ogletree was considered armed and dangerous at the time of their disappearance late Thursday night. Police said he was last seen walking from the baby’s house.
The baby’s mother is Ogletree’s ex-girlfriend. No word yet on what charges he faces.
