Tornado warning expires for Clark County

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The National Weather Service reports Clark County was under a tornado warning until 9:45 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch through 8 p.m. Friday for Butler, Warren and Clinton counties.

Rain could be heavy at times and drop up to two inches in some areas.  Southern counties including Warren, Butler and Clinton counties have the best chance for flooding.

It should dry out for the Easter weekend.
