Dayton store hit for second time in a week

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Dayton Police are looking for the man who tried to break into a store using a concrete block.

Police were called to Troy Dairy Foods located at 1006 Troy Street around 6 a.m. Friday.

Officers said the suspect used a concrete block to break the front window but never got inside the business.

Witnesses said the suspect fled the scene in a dark colored SUV.

Troy Dairy Foods was broken into a week ago. The thief in that incident got away with cash and about $3,000 in cigarettes.
