Donut Palace door damaged by angry man

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Dayton Police are looking for a man who damaged the door of a restaurant.

Police were called to the Donut Palace located at 100 North James H. McGee Boulevard Saturday around 7:30 a.m. in reports of a criminal damaging.

A customer said a man was outside the store acting strangely. When a worker walked outside and told the man he needed to leave, he got angry and punched the front entrance door, breaking it.

Workers told police they’ve had problems with the man begging near the business in the past.

Police searched the area, but weren’t able to find him. No arrests have been made.
