Friends of Karson drop off donations to Humane Society

LICKING COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — The Licking County Humane Society received a big donation from “Friends of Karson” to help care for dozens of puppies.

The Licking County Humane Society rescued 62 dogs earlier this month from another group they say was simply overwhelmed trying to help all of the animals.

Sunday, “Friends of Karson” delivered loads of donations to the agency to help care for dozens of puppies.

Friends of Karson formed after the Wilmington police dog went missing and was eventually found a few months later. The group says it holds meetings about once a month where members discuss what charities to help.
