3 teens accused of damaging theft spree in Beavercreek

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) – Three teenagers are accused of causing $30,000 in damage and thefts in Beavercreek.

Police say the teens, ages 14 to 16, went on a damaging spree over the weekend, breaking windows out of cars and stealing property.

35 victims made reports to police. The damage occurred in neighborhoods in north and south sections of the city as well as some in the township.

Police did find some stolen property in one of the teen’s cars.

The teens are now charged in juvenile court with criminal damaging and theft.

They are students at Beavercreek High School, Xenia High School and the Greene County Career Center.
