FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) – The man accused of two alcohol-related offenses in a matter of weeks has to prove his sobriety to a judge.
A Fairborn Municipal Court judge ordered a change to Jesse Whitaker’s bond.
He is currently out of jail on bond facing charges that he was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed his car on US Route 35 in Beavercreek.
Whitaker must now wear an alcohol monitor while out of jail.
He was arrested a couple of weeks later for underage drinking at the University of Dayton.
Whitaker was convicted as a juvenile for a crash in November 2012 that killed three Bellbrook teenagers.
