Dayton home hit by gunfire two days in a row

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A Dayton home was hit by gunfire two days in a row.

Officers were called to the 200 block of East Fairview Avenue around 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

A woman said someone fired shots into her home. She told police her boyfriend was standing on the porch when a white Buick pulled up and fired shots.

No one was injured, but a window and the side of the home had been damaged by the gunfire.

A neighbor also reported seeing the Buick and hearing the gunshots.

Police had been called to the same home just a day before for the same incident. Shots were fired at the home after 2 p.m. Friday. Officers collected shell casings from the scene.
