WASHINGTON TWP., Ohio (WDTN) – Funeral services are set for the little boy who drowned in a pond Sunday.

Carter Kelb, 4, of West Chester will be laid to rest Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home in Middletown. Visitation begins at noon.
