New charges in death of Tipp City man

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – New charges are filed against the granddaughter of William York, Sr. and her boyfriend.

The Troy Daily News reports that Hope Earnshaw-York and Richard Terrell were arraigned on charges of stealing York Sr.’s guns and selling them to a gun dealer.

The 88-year-old man was found dead in a Kentucky creek on June 4.
