DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police are keeping a close eye around Fifth/Third Field in downtown Dayton after several complaints of trespassers on the property.

A police report indicates that officers on patrol early Wednesday morning were stopped by stadium security who said a vending machine was smashed sometime overnight.

The report says snack items were stolen and the glass was smashed out of the machine.

The guard told officers that someone appears to be jumping the fence to gain access to the stadium.

There have been no arrests.
