Victim ID’d in Caesar Creek drowning

MASSIE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim in the drowning at Caesar Creek State Park.

The victim has been identified as Sabrina Perdue, 22, of Fairborn.

Emergency crews responded to Caesar Creek before 9 p.m. Saturday after Perdue was found not breathing.

Massie Township fire crews requested Careflight be called to the scene. The woman was taken away by ambulance to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The Massie Township Fire Chief said it was the result of a tubing accident.

Officials are investigating.
