HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) – A former Huber Heights teacher is now formally charged for drug possession.
A Montgomery County grand jury indicted Steven Jutras Thursday on three counts of drug possession and one count of cocaine possession.
Jutras’s Huber Heights home was raided in late March. Officers say they took meth, cocaine, heroin and other drugs from the house.
Kettering police arrested Jutras again in April after finding drugs in his car during a traffic stop.
The Huber Heights City Schools confirms that Jutras resigned his position with the district at the June board meeting. His resignation takes effect August 1.
Jutras is not in custody. His arraignment is set for July 9.
