Police make arrest in 2010 cold case murder

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police made an arrest in connection to a 2010 homicide.

Markus Henry, 30, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a murder charge. Prosecutors are reviewing the case to decide on formal charges.

Resa Lee, 42, was found stabbed outside of the Dayton Job Center on April 16, 2010.

A maintenance worker found her lying in a pool of blood.

Surveillance video captured Lee and an unknown man walking through the parking lot at the time, but an arrest was never made.

Lee’s story was featured in a Crime Stoppers report to try and catch her killer.
