SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – A Clark County family’s home surveillance system helped capture two burglary suspects.

Two men were caught on surveillance video breaking into a Harmony Township home on June 18 and leaving with stolen items that included prescription medicines.

The video helped deputies arrest Paul Thomas, 28, of Springfield, and Daniel Cupps, 26, of Springfield.

Both men are charged with burglary.

Cupps is in the Clark County Jail awaiting a July 1 court appearance.

Thomas failed to appear on the charge against him. A warrant is now issued for his arrest.
