Dayton homicide victim identified

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A 25-year-old man was killed in a shooting Tuesday night in Dayton.

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Damarcus Buress of Dayton.

Homicide detectives were called to East Third Street and North Delmar Avenue just before 9 p.m. Tuesday.

According to dispatchers, a woman said her boyfriend had been shot and the suspects were two men.

Police are still working to gather evidence.
