DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dogs pulled from a hoarded home in Delaware County are slowing being adopted here in Dayton.

The Montgomery County Animal Resource Center says six of the 19 dogs under its care have new homes.

Five remain in foster care. Another 5 are still recovering.  One dog is currently available for adoption.

44 dogs were pulled from the Delaware County house last week.  Most of the animals are miniature pinscher mixes.

ARC says it’ll cost $20.00 to adopt a dog from the hoard.
