CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – A hotel is on the way to the Cornerstone of Centerville.

The Centerville City Council approved the plan this week for a three story hotel that will be built at 5300 Wilmington Pike.

The Dayton Business Journal reports that several nearby residents complained to the city that a hotel will bring unwanted traffic and noise.

Oberer Companies is developing the project. It has yet to release a site plan or name of the hotel moving into the property.
