Hunter was arrested by Five Rivers MetroParks officers July 29. He is accused of raping someone inside a car parked at the Taylorsville MetroPark on July 15.

He was ordered to forfeit his passport while the investigation moves forward.
A Montgomery County grand jury will now hear the case.
