Hunter was arrested by Five Rivers MetroParks officers July 29. He is accused of raping someone inside a car parked at the Taylorsville MetroPark on July 15.

Police were made aware of the incident after receiving a call from a Columbus hospital that a rape evidence kit was prepared for the victim.

Hunter is employed at Buckeye Family Practice on Old Troy Pike. He was taken into custody there.

He was ordered to forfeit his passport while the investigation moves forward.

A Montgomery County grand jury will now hear the case.
