CINCINNATI, Ohio (WDTN) – No charges are being filed against two additional University of Cincinnati police officers in the shooting death of Samuel DuBose.

The Hamilton County prosecutor says the officers arrived as former officer Ray Tensing reached into Dubose’s car during a traffic stop.

Tensing pleaded not guilty to murder and voluntary manslaughter in the July 19 shooting of Samuel DuBose.  He was released on bail Thursday.

UC fired Tensing shortly after his murder indictment. He is reportedly trying to get his job back.

A UC spokeswoman says the university stands by its decision.
