DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A former University of Dayton basketball player will spend 90 days in jail for burglary and trespassing.

Devon Scott, 21, appeared in court Wednesday for sentencing.

He must also serve 5 years probation upon release from jail.

Scott and former teammate, Jalen Robinson, were caught on video burglarizing some university dorms in December 2014.

Both players were dropped from the team the day after they were identified.

Robinson already served his sentence.

Scott was immediately taken into custody and hauled off to serve his sentence.
