BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) – A former Greene County prosecutor was stopped for OVI nearly two years after another OVI arrest.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirms to 2 NEWS that William Schenck was arrested for OVI in Beavercreek Monday morning.
Troopers say he was stopped for crossing over the center line. He was pulled over on Grange Hall Road near Kemp Road.
Schenck pleaded guilty to reckless operation charges in February 2014 after he was stopped for suspected OVI in November 2013.
He spoke exclusively with 2 NEWS at that time about the incident. We were the only crew at the courthouse when he took responsibility for his actions.
Schenck was a long time prosecutor in Greene County. He also worked on occasion for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
No word on his next court date for the newest charge.
